Refund and Returns Policy

Our goal is your satisfaction with your greenhouse or other products from bmpgarden.ie In the unlikely event that you have any complications with your purchase please inform delivery driver or give us a call and we will arrange pick up of the faulty item and will replace it. If you wish to change or cancel an order, please contact us via email or phone. You have the right to cancel up to two days before delivery. If after the goods have been delivered or have to be returned. You have 14 days from date of delivery to contact bmpgarden.ie if you wish to return goods, which means you have 14 days after receiving your goods to request a return.

Purchased items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition and have not been in use.

Please note, that you are responsible for the costs of returning goods. If you choose for us to arrange for them to be collected and/or shipped, the return shipping cost will be deducted directly from your refund.

If your order hasn’t been delivered and you’d like to cancel, we must be informed as soon as possible before the delivery date. Ideally this should be by telephone (in order to stop the delivery happening) and by e-mail (or other durable means) to officially cancel.

Products must be returned with Proof of Purchase and complete with all components including instruction booklets, etc.
We do not accept return products which are irresponsibly or poorly packaged, used, destroyed, incomplete and unsellable.
If after you have received your goods, you find you have ordered incorrectly or the items are unsuitable you can return any item to us, at your own cost for a refund or an exchange, as long as it is unused and returned in the original packaging.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damaged or Faulity Products

Do not accept delivery of any package which is obviously damaged. Alternatively, photograph the damaged packaging prior to opening and mark on the delivery docket that the packaging was damaged. Please inspect your purchases immediately. If there is damage you need to contact us within 24 hours of receipt, sending us some photos of the damage. Please note that no claim for replacement due to damage can be made after 24 hours.

In the rare event you discover a fault with a product, contact us immediately by telephone or email with a detailed description of the fault. Where appropriate, include photographs of the fault. BMP Garden and/or our supplier will assess the fault and where appropriate will order you a replacement or repair at BMP Garden or our supplier’s discretion.

BMP Garden greenhouses will endeavour to collect the damaged/faulty product as soon as possible but would appreciate some understanding with regard to third party couriers. In all cases the product(s) must be adequately packed to prevent further damage, preferably in the original packaging.
